Our registered office is not a warehouse, retail store or customer return address. Contact us before returning a product so we can provide the correct return instructions.
3. Eligibility to place an order
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian;
- The information you provide is complete and accurate; and
- You are purchasing products for lawful personal use and not for an illegal or fraudulent purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, payment misuse or a violation of these terms.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, occasional errors may occur in product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, promotions, availability or delivery estimates.

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

7. Prices and currencies
Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency selected or shown at checkout.
Prices may change at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
The total amount payable, including applicable delivery charges and taxes collected by us, will be shown before you complete checkout.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges, international transaction fees or other fees. These charges are controlled by your provider and are not charged by Morialo.
If a product is displayed at an obviously incorrect price because of a genuine technical or administrative error, we are not required to supply it at that incorrect price where the error should reasonably have been apparent. We will contact you and allow you to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
8. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After checkout, we will normally send an order-confirmation email acknowledging that we received your order. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A binding sales contract is formed when we accept your order, normally by sending a dispatch or fulfilment confirmation.

- The delivery address cannot be serviced;

10. Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@morialo.com.
We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after an order has entered processing or been forwarded for fulfilment.
If an order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait for delivery and follow our Return and Refund Policy.
Any mandatory legal right to cancel remains unaffected.
11. Fulfilment partners
Morialo works with third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners that may store, package and ship products directly to customers.
Although a third party may physically fulfil an order, your purchase contract is with Morialo LTD. Morialo remains responsible for customer service, eligible refunds, disputes and ensuring that accepted orders are properly handled.
Products within the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages.
The name or return address shown on a package may be different from our registered office. Do not return a product to the sender’s address without first receiving return instructions from us.
12. Shipping and delivery
Available shipping destinations, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are explained on our website or during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by:
- Product availability;
- Order-processing times;
- Carrier delays;
- Customs inspections;
- Public holidays;

- Incorrect or incomplete addresses; or
- Events outside our reasonable control.

13. Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Contact us immediately if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after fulfilment begins.
Where legally permitted, you may be responsible for reasonable additional costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect a package.
This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by us, our supplier or the carrier.
14. Customs, duties and import charges
Orders delivered internationally may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, duties or processing charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for charges that are not collected by us during checkout.
We do not control these charges and cannot guarantee their amount. You are responsible for checking the import requirements applicable in your country before ordering.
We will not intentionally misdeclare a product’s value or description to avoid customs charges.
15. Risk and ownership
Responsibility for a product passes to you when it is delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive it.
Ownership passes to you after we have received full payment and the product has been delivered, subject to applicable law.
16. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellation rights are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Eligible customers may have a statutory right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days after receiving them. Morialo also offers a 30-day return period for eligible products, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns, including:
- Clearly personalised or made-to-order products;
- Sealed hygiene-sensitive products after opening;
- Perishable products; and
- Other products legally exempt from cancellation rights.
These exclusions do not remove your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

17. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and match their description where required by applicable consumer law.

- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Only one discount code may be used per order;
