Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at morialo. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Our Return and Refund Policy gives you 30 days to return items under the conditions outlined below.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original tech packaging, including all original components, manuals, accessories, and documentation.

  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or partially assembled electronic kits or components that have been soldered or modified.

  • Downloadable software products or digital licenses.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually between 5 to 10 business days).

3. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective electronic component or product, please contact us immediately at igotia10@gmail.comwith your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Cancelations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched, it must be handled through our standard return process.
